The Thira Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an Indian womenswear label designing modern silhouettes in Indian fabrics, produced in small runs in Jaipur and Tiruppur. By browsing or purchasing from this website, you agree to the terms below.

These are placeholder terms provided for demonstration purposes and will be replaced with our final legal text before launch.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Because our garments are made in small batches, colours may vary slightly between runs and from what appears on your screen — this is a feature of small-batch production, not a defect.

We may change prices or discontinue styles at any time. The price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay, even if it changes later.

We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible pin codes. An order is confirmed once payment is authorised or, for COD, once the order is placed and verified.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud — in such cases any amount paid will be refunded in full.

We ship across India. Standard delivery is free on all orders. Estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout based on your pin code and are indicative, not guaranteed.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided. Please ensure your delivery address and +91 mobile number are accurate — we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.

We offer an easy 7-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags intact.

Sale items and items marked “final sale” are eligible for size exchange only. Refunds are issued to the original payment method; COD orders are refunded via UPI or bank transfer.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
